Many results have shown that semen affects fertility, immunity, sexual desire, eating, and sleep in a woman by activating a variety of genes. University of East Anglia scientists have studied that a single protein present in the semen generates a wide range of responses. In many female genes, chief researcher Tracy Chapman of the UEA School of Biological Sciences stated that semen proteins have significant effects on females, whether infertility, immunity, sleep patterns, water balance, and it has a direct effect on the female reproductive system.
A study published in the Dutch Journal of Psychology 2003 showed that semen has a wide range of effects such as acting as an anti-depressant, improving sleep, increasing energy, increasing focus, improving memory, and reducing pain.
